Admissions - Application Process

Spaces are limited in number each year and early application is recommended for all programs.

Before applying we recommend that parents schedule a classroom observation and introduction meeting with a staff member.  Personal tours and observations may be scheduled on request by contacting us through email.

Children entering the Toddler program must be 18 months, toilet training is part of the program. Children entering the Casa Program should be 3 years of age.

To determine an applicant’s readiness for the Elementary program, we consider the student's suitability to our program by assessing academic background and abilities, we also require an interview with both parents and child. 

How to apply

Families considering our program should have a student’s application completed, signed in full and accompanied by a $150.00 non-refundable registration fee.  Once applications are submitted, all student applicants will be assessed shortly thereafter, families will be contacted. 

Open houses are scheduled in the fall and early winter semesters to provide prospective families with information about our program.  These open houses offer parents the opportunity to meet staff and tour our facility.

Children's Centre and Busing                

We provide before and after care for students through our Children’s Centre. Our before care begins at 7:30 am every school day. Our after care has varying times; Toddler and Half day Casa students take part in the after care starting at 11:30 am and the Full day Casa and Elementary students would begin their after care program at 3:30pm when their school day ends. The Children’s Centre closes at 6:00pm.

Busing is now available at Phoenix. Please inquire with the office regarding routes and cost.
